CWRC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This notice is to advise all members that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Central Warrego Race Club will be conducted on Tuesday 14th November 2023 at 6pm in the Members Room at the Charleville Racecourse.

The following documents will be tabled at the meeting and a copy provided to all financial members:
•   President’s Report
•   Treasurer’s Report;
•   Club financial statements; and
•   The proposed agenda for the meeting, including any items of business and resolutions to be considered at the meeting.

Should a member not be able to attend the meeting they may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their absence. This person’s details must be provided to the Secretary no later than one week prior to the meeting via email at cwrc@outlook.com.au.
